Who are LUYESS gifts designed for?
Designed for women choosing meaningful gifts for the men they care about — boyfriends, husbands, brothers, or fathers.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes! You can write a message, which will be printed on a gift card and included with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in Malaysia usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your region.
Do you deliver overseas?
Not yet. We plan to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! We’ll email or text you the tracking information once your order ships.
Product Selection
Can I choose different underwear sizes in one order?
No, each order must be a single size only.
Can I select different colors?
You can choose from the available colors listed for each product. Only options shown in the selection are available.
Payment Options
What payment methods are supported?
We accept Atome, FPX transfer, credit cards, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and more.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange a gift if he doesn’t like it?
Yes. We offer no-questions-asked exchanges. Products must be in good condition and unused.
What if the gift box has been opened?
No problem — as long as the items are clean and unused, exchanges are accepted.
What qualifies for an exchange?
Product: clean, unused, unwashed, with original tags.
Gift box: in original condition.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact LUYESS Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your gift. Provide your order number, new item choice, and a photo if needed. We’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for shipping?
You cover the return shipping; LUYESS ships the new gift for free.
How many times can I exchange a gift?
One exchange per order.
What if the new item costs more or less?
More expensive: pay the difference.
Cheaper: we refund the difference.
Are all items eligible for exchange?
No — personal items that have been worn, customized products, and promotional gifts cannot be exchanged.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the new gift ships within 1–2 business days.
